180km Of Pistes In The Monterosa-Ski District With Programmed Snow Cover

The rightfully protected natural and impeccable setting of the Valsesia offers its visitorsthe excitement of its pistes or the exhilarating experience of freeride.

180km of well-prepared slopes, equipped with programmed snow cover, freely and safely accommodate downhill skiers. Skiers of all abilities are entertained, from slopes for children and beginners to the 10-km black runs and alternative pistes set in different landscapes recommended for experts only.

The Monterosa Ski lift facilities, for yearsa flagship of one of the largest ski districts in Europe, start at an altitude of 1200m in the town of AlagnaValsesia and reach 3270mat Indren Point, in the heart of the Monte Rosa massif. Here, three valleys unite: Alagna and the Valsesia, Gressoney and Ayas, connecting the regions of Piedmont and Aosta Valley.

It is astonishing how man can create such a perfect union from such distinct characteristics.
